Where, when and how many. Every result is a finished journey with a single figure for your party. Nothing is priced per person, per night or per supplement.
Confirm
Send a request. The desk writes to every house, table and driver on the itinerary and holds your dates. You receive the confirmed folio with each partner named. No card is taken at this step.
The deposit
Thirty percent of the folio total holds the journey. One payment, to AscendCore. You never settle with a supplier directly.
The balance
The remaining seventy percent is due twenty-one days before departure. A journey confirmed inside twenty-one days is settled in full on confirmation.
Travel on the folio
One document. Every name, every hour, every address, every number. The desk is on the other end of it until you are home.
On the folio
The houses. The tables held in your name. The drivers, boats and guides listed day by day. Private aviation where the journey includes it. The desk, throughout.
Not on the folio
Commercial airline flights. We do not sell them and they are not in the figure. Insurance, visas and your own spending are yours. Give the desk your flight times and the folio begins at the aircraft door.
