Day by day
- Day 1. Met at Kansai arrivals. Private car to Kyoto. Kaiseki served in your rooms.
- Days 2–3. With your guide. Temple gardens before they open. Tea with a master in a room that seats four.
- Day 4. Nara by private car. Lunch at a counter of eight seats.
- Day 5. The day is yours. A counter in Gion is held for dinner.
- Day 6. First-class rail to Odawara. Car to Hakone. The bath is drawn.
- Days 7–8. The lake, the open-air museum, the mountain. Kaiseki each evening.
- Day 9. Private car to Haneda.

The account
- Every house, table and driver confirms your dates in writing before any payment is taken.
- Thirty percent of the folio total holds the journey.
- The balance is due twenty-one days before departure. Inside twenty-one days, the folio is settled in full on confirmation.
- Figures in Australian dollars. Commercial airline flights are not sold or included.
No card is taken. The desk confirms every partner for your dates, then sends the folio and the deposit request.
